I am honored to recognize Kristen for the meaningful impact she makes every day as a dental hygienist. Kristen is so much more than an exceptional hygienist-she is the heart of our office and someone who consistently makes a difference in the lives of our patients, coworkers, and the dental professionals around her. Kristen has an incredible ability to make everyone feel supported and valued. She is always willing to help, whether it is a member of our front desk team, a dental assistant, or another hygienist. No matter how busy the office is, Kristen is the person you can count on to step in, lend a hand, and make things easier for everyone. Her positive attitude and willingness to help create a true sense of teamwork throughout our office. Her impact on our patients is just as meaningful. Kristen has a natural gift for making patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. This is especially evident when working with children who are nervous or afraid of the dentist. She has the patience, compassion, and ability to build trust with even the most anxious young patients, turning what can be a frightening experience into one where children feel safe and understood. Kristen is also deeply committed to growing as a healthcare professional. She is currently taking additional classes that will expand her knowledge and allow her to have an even greater impact on her patients' overall health. She is always learning, asking questions, seeking new knowledge, and looking for ways to provide better care. Her dedication to continued education demonstrates how seriously she takes both her profession and the well-being of her patients. Kristen also makes a lasting impact by training and mentoring other hygienists. She generously shares her knowledge and experience, helping others grow in confidence and develop their skills.
