Beyond patient care, I love dental hygiene for the incredible community it cultivates. Alongside my cofounder, Danielle Avila, I’ve had the privilege of creating a business, LD Coaching with a bold mission: to help 100,000 hygienists beat burnout and thrive in their careers. Through a focus on personal development, which naturally fuels professional growth, we encourage individuals to embrace their unique strengths and apply them in ways that propel both their personal journeys and the dental industry forward.
