From the moment Krista joined our practice, she has exemplified the highest standards of patient care. She brings empathy and attentiveness to every interaction, ensuring that each patient feels heard, understood, and supported. Her ability to communicate complex oral health concepts in clear, relatable language empowers patients to take ownership of their care—often transforming fear or uncertainty into trust and confidence. Krista’s gentle yet meticulous approach consistently earns praise from patients.

What sets Krista apart is her insatiable thirst for knowledge. She actively seeks out continuing education opportunities and is always among the first to explore new technologies, treatment modalities, and evidence-based protocols. She brings what she learns back to the team, integrating the latest research into daily practice and elevating the care we provide. Krista’s passion for growth has strengthened our entire hygiene department and has inspired her to become a GBT trainer, helping colleagues to continuously evolve alongside her.

She takes genuine joy in supporting her fellow hygienists—sharing clinical insights, demonstrating techniques, and fostering thoughtful discussions about patient management and preventive strategies. Her generosity with her time and knowledge has created a culture of collaboration and respect within our practice. Krista’s influence extends beyond our walls; she is recognized in the local dental community as a thoughtful, well-informed professional who is always willing to help others refine their skills and understanding.

Krista’s dedication also shines through her advocacy for total-health awareness. She sees oral health as integral to systemic well-being and communicates this connection to both patients and colleagues. Whether she’s educating a patient about the links between periodontal inflammation and cardiovascular health or guiding a team meeting on diagnosis and treatment planning for our complex periodontal patient population, Krista’s approach reflects the essence of a healthcare professional whose heart truly guides her hands.
